Today we’re posting a recording of the “Service in a sales chain” round table discusion. Together with the audience, the experts attempted to define the concept of “service”, gave examples of services to clients and discussed criteria for seeking and selecting employees with an inborn sense of service. The experts in this round table were Hans Fenstermacher, Iurii Tsvierkun, Stefan Grosu, Olga Chaevskaya and Anna Kraineva.
