*Guest Tickets are intended for participants who do not attend the translation workshops or presentations but are in the conference venue, attend coffee breaks and take part in the additional programme.
**Children aged from 5 to 12 can participate in the activities on their own, while kids from 3 to 5 years of age must be accompanied by one of their parents.
Please pay attention that a separate lunch will not be offered during the children’s programme activities.

After registering to the conference, you will be able to:
- attend all presentations and contacts exchange session;
- listen to presentations with the aid of simultaneous interpreting (conference languages are Russian, Ukrainian, and English);
- receive informational materials and a badge;
- take part in raffles put on by sponsors of the conference, with free participation in the next UTICamp as a possible prize;
- take part in the additional program;
- get quick access to video recordings of all the presentations after the conference;
Registration
You can register and order any additional services in the form on the conference website. If you are already registered for the conference and would like to order additional services, please drop us a line at info@utic.eu. Participant status is granted automatically to those who have paid for participation in the conference.
Conference participants are subject to the terms specified in the standard form contract and the privacy policy.
Payment
Once you fill in the registration form, an invoice will be sent to your email address.
Payments can be made by bank transfer within 3 business days. You can also pay using your bank card via LiqPay. 2.75% bank fee is charged for card payments.
Cancellation of registration and refunding of payment
In the event of the cancellation of a fully paid registration, refunding of the cost of participation in the conference and paid-for additional services (minus bank commission) will occur within 7 working days from the moment a written request is received and will be done according to the following scheme:
- through May 31 — 100% of the cost will be refunded,
- from June 1 through June 23 — 50% of the cost,
- from June 24 onward — none of the cost will be refunded.
To cancel your registration, you must send a written request to a representative of the organisational committee at the email address info@utic.eu.
For residents of Ukraine, refunds of the price of participation in the conference and additional services already paid for will be issued in the national currency, for non-residents — in the currency of the payment. The amount of the refund is calculated based on the amount of the payment received from the participant.
Photo and video recording
Amateur photography and video recording are permitted in all conference sessions. The organisers of UTICamp will be conducting professional photography and video recording and have the right to use and publish (i. e., play) recorded, printed and other materials. By registering to the conference, you agree to the use of photo and video materials that may contain your image or voice. These materials may be used for marketing purposes for future conferences.
Special needs
If you have special needs (e. g., handicap access, dietary restrictions), please inform us of this during the registration process so that we can make your stay at the conference as comfortable as possible.
