Camping Place for UTICamp-2019
It is true that the right venue will enhance any event. Especially if it is an informal meeting of translators, managers, and directors of companies specializing in translation services.
And UTICamp can prove it. In 2016, the conference was held in an amazing and unusual place. The participants surely remember the tall pines on the banks of the picturesque Samara River, hammocks swinging between the trees, and guitar music by the crackling fire. But the atmosphere of the conference was the most important thing. Check out the photos and videos from the previous event and you’ll get the idea!
InText Translation Company worked hard to make sure that the participants felt as comfortable as possible at the Meteorit campsite while at the same time preserving its unique natural beauty. The hosts carefully preserved all the trees, improved the riverbank area and repaired the lovely wooden cabins. All the modern facilities fitted perfectly into the natural landscape and the high-speed wireless Internet connection helped stream the conference online right from the forest!
But there is always room for improvement. The participants thought the conference was a success but there is still much to be done at Meteorit. The hosts have been working for two years to make the environment for future meetings safe and as natural as possible. Last New Year, the company made an unusual gift to all its friends and partners: instead of sending traditional Christmas cards, InText donated funds for the development of the campsite so that employees, freelancers, partners, customers and friends of the company and the UTICamp Conference could come to work and relax here with maximum comfort..
Only a little bit of autumn, a frosty winter and a blossoming spring remain until the next UTICamp-2019 forest conference. We will meet in the middle of summer next year. There is time to finish the work, make the final improvements and add the finishing touches so that Meteorit is ready to welcome you. The agenda and format of the event are still being discussed, but one thing is certain that next time there will be even more socializing, delicious national dishes and exciting activities for kids and adults at UTICamp. And, of course, there will be more interesting topics for discussion!
